By inviting our bots to your Discord server, utilizing our software, or accessing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bots and cease using the services immediately.

1. Acceptable Use

• You may not use our services to violate any applicable laws or the Terms of Service of platforms we integrate with (e.g., Discord).
• You may not exploit, attack, or deliberately disrupt the infrastructure of our services.
• Abuse of our services will result in a permanent ban across the entire ecosystem.

2. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime, but our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

3. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for any damages, data loss, or server disruptions resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Our applications only collect the minimum amount of data required to function properly. Depending on the service, this may include:

• Public Identifiers: User IDs, Server/Guild IDs, and Channel IDs.

• Command Usage: Logs of when and how commands are executed to improve performance and prevent abuse.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not store message content unless strictly necessary for a specific feature (and explicitly stated).

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Data is kept only as long as necessary to provide our services. If you wish to have your data completely removed from our systems, you can kick the bot from your server or contact the developer directly.
